On December 11 at 7pm there will be a community meeting at Azavea, 990 Spring Garden St. regarding the fence that surrounds the PECO substation in Callowhill. It is a very large facility adjacent to the Rail Park in the center of our neighborhood.
A PECO representative will make a presentation.
